Adjustable diode laser spectroscopy is an excellent measurement technique that can selectively and rapidly measure certain gas components including NH3, HCL, HF, CO, and can also measure oxygen under harsh environmental conditions. use
Solid state laser emission technology, which modulates the wavelength of the laser source to a specific range, is also known as the fingerprint spectrum of gas components.
TDLS is a non-contact measurement method, so there is no risk of contamination and corrosion of the emitting light source, and maintenance and operation costs are much lower compared to other methods. Thanks to its fast A/D conversion, Direct Absorption Spectroscopy (DAS) is more suitable for TDIS analyzers compared to Wavelength Modulation Spectroscopy (WMS).
Through DAS technology, the LAS 300 analyzer series can achieve the following functions:

Measure very low concentration range (several PPBs)
Measure very high gas concentrations - with a large dynamic range
Very high-precision measurement (absorption spectrum directly related to molecular structure, using reliable signal processing algorithms to measure single gas and multi-component gas)
Measurement has a very high linear correlation (spectral absorption is calculated according to Lambert Beer's law)
The LAS 300 XD analyzer uses TDL and DAS technologies to measure ammonia leakage during denitrification processes, and is applied for ammonia measurement in SCR, SNCR, or urea fertilizer plants. This device can be used for both HCL measurement in raw flue gas and low concentration HCL measurement in incineration processes And the measurement of CO and oxygen in process control.
